Do ThemeJoy Themes work with the latest version of WordPress?
Yes. Our themes are always kept up to date with the latest version of WordPress.
Do ThemeJoy WordPress Themes work on WordPress.com?
No. Our themes are only for self hosted WordPress sites.
Can I use ThemeJoy Themes on multiple sites?
Yes. Unlimited usage for personal and/or commercial use.
Do you provide demo content from your demo site?
Yes. The theme demo content (.xml) file and the demo widget (.wie) file are located in the (Demo-Content) folder of your themes download. The themes User Guide will show you exactly step by step how to set these up.
Do ThemeJoy Themes include Photoshop PSD files?
Yes. Each theme may have different and multiple PSD files. These can include, logos, Homepage Sliders, Icons, Headers, Footers and numerous others. As ThemeJoy Themes are built in the browser with a responsive “mobile first” mentality, ThemeJoy Themes do NOT come with a overall layout PSD.
Do ThemeJoy Themes include a Child-Theme?
Yes. All ThemeJoy Themes are a Parent Theme and include a Child-Theme for installation and customization.
How can I receive support?

What does your support policy cover?
Overview
ThemeJoy provides support to our customers via our support request form located on the support page. This is the correct way to initiate a support request. We do not provide support via social media or email requests nor do we offer phone support. Our operational hours are from 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday Pacific Standard Time (PST). Support requests are handled in the order they are received and we respond within one business day.
Support Covers
ThemeJoy provides support for issues arising from theme installation, bug fixes, using ThemeJoy created theme features outlined in the themes user guide in order to get the theme looking and working as shown on the themes demo site.
Support Does Not Cover
ThemeJoy does not provide support for general WordPress functionality, 3rd party plugins or theme customization of any kind; this includes questions relating to HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Photoshop etc…
